The following is a review of 60 Years of Challenge’s e-book system: The Complete Game Revision System

About the Author:

If you’ve never really lurked around mASF boards in the old days of the seduction community or on fastseduction, you probably haven’t heard of this guy before.  A startling trend seems to be that many people who get into the community generally never venture outside of one school of thought’s forums, so if you fall in that category… you’re not alone.

With that said, from being involved in the launches of many different products over the last decade in the community, the bottom line really is that this product really stands head and shoulders above any other product that I’ve encountered so far.  That is why I decided to make the first review this site posts to be one that all other products can be compared to.  There definitely wasn’t as much hype for this system as there were for many other products that ended up being a bit disappointing, but that’s a perfect example of why hype is so overused in our industry.

******BEGIN QUICK ASIDE HISTORY LESSON/RANT*******

Speaking of progressions, here’s a quick history lessons: the community started off with Ross Jeffries and his Speed Seduction rooted in NLP.  Then along came Mystery, who rocked the community with his m3 model which people are still trying to emulate and copy to this day.  It was innovative, logical, and very heavy in concepts that had a “cool” factor to it (forward merging, negs, peacocking, body rocking, etc).  Then Neil Strauss wrote The Game, and a wide panic spread across the community that routine-based game wasn’t going to work anymore.  At the heart of the controversy was new flourishing company Real Social Dynamics, which started with founders Tyler and Papa taking over for Mystery on his bootcamps when he was ill.

As in nature, you must adapt and die, so RSD changed their approach from doing structured diluted and milked down versions of the M3 model to a model that centered around being “natural” and engaging in what is natural game.  Most other companies began switching their curriculum as well to the point where now in 2010, any company who still preaches the routine-based approach is considered out-of-date and obsolete.  The folks over at Fastseduction have been independent of any particular school of thought for some time, and leading the new change in the community is 60 Years of Challenge.  This is the future of pickup, and already many companies are scrambling to try to get with the times.

Complete Game Revision System Bookstack

Positives:

The Complete Game Revision System is broken up into four books, and each book deals with each different part of the seduction process.  All four books are written in more note-oriented fashion.  I have spoken to a few people who have taken bootcamps with 60 and they say that the reason it’s formatted like that is because they’re his own personal notes he himself uses and used to remind himself of the principles of pickup.

One thing that really struck a chord with me was that 60 constantly points out that most things in the seduction community are really just “mental masturbation”; things that usually sound really advanced or cool but whose bottom-line to progressing a seduction to its conclusion is very little to nothing. Coming from a very business-oriented background, this made a lot of sense to me. There’s a ton of stuff that people will try to sell you in business that will push your emotional buttons without adding anything to your revenue, income, or business. This is probably the aspect I like the most about 60′s style of writing. I mean, there are typos, weird slang, and a host of other “non-professional” aspects in the books… but when it’s all said and done, I find myself shaking my head and pretty much envying the people who get to start off their journey in the seduction community with the kind of material in his notes.

While I learned some pretty cool new tricks that are damn effective, I have to say that what I’m most impressed with are 60′s extremely solid fundamentals. Like learning any skill, the most important thing are the principles. Take a look at the sports industry; having an effective practice ritual to repetitively practice the fundamentals is what separates a Tiger Woods, a Michael Jordan, or a Muhammad Ali from scrubs whose names aren’t even worth mentioning.

Most people I see that start out just try to get themselves to go out, they struggle to open every night, not knowing where the seduction is going or why they’re doing what they’re doing. They have no process to analyze their sticking points and they have personal handbrakes locked in place and preventing them from revving to full power. Typically this is where a bootcamp with a very experienced instructor would help to get some perspective, but with this structure and correction process, it’s feasible that a person just starting off in this wouldn’t get stuck for more than a few days to a week. I have to give some props to 60 for the way he structures his books. It’s fairly simple. If you implement what he says, it’s pretty much impossible not to succeed. If you did not succeed, go back and read that section again and note where you deviated from what you should have done. You’ll hit yourself in the head with a “duh” when you realize where you went wrong and what principle you ignored.

The first book deals with building a consistent practice in being able to consistently talk to and meet women. It’s the most fundamental part and there’s a very detailed checklist of how to succeed at doing this. The second book is really where everything gets going and the reader is introduced to the new wave of pickup; that a man does not need to create or inspire more attraction in a woman than what nature naturally provides between the two. It focuses on the fundamental concept that helping along natural attraction by escalating on a woman quickly is more attractive than anything else you could ever do. This is essentially the meat of 60′s philosophy, and it is no coincidence that the seduction community is already starting to make the shift in this direction. There is no substitute from hearing it straight from the horse’s mouth, so this is a large part of the reason why this system comes highly recommended.

The third book deals with sex, and everything related to it. Some of the self-imposed limiting belief systems most guys have that he described in concepts like fantasy of purity are absolutely cutting-edge. I have never seen anyone explain “oneitis”, affection vs. sex or a host of other purity-related concepts as well as this man has. He includes an escalation ladder which I’ve actually adopted since reading. Basically a girl comes home with you but isn’t willing to sleep with you yet. Instead of focusing on trying to get her aroused by touching her, there’s a complete role reversal in getting her to the arousal point of no return. For veterans, this is absolutely priceless. The only thing that plagues me is thinking about how many lays I let get away from me before I found out about this ladder.

The last book deals with relationships in all shapes and sizes. This was the biggest surprise in the whole system for me personally. Every guru out there just focuses on getting you to sex, but to me it always seemed like a ton of work to get good at sleeping with a girl quickly and not having the skillset to keep her around and more importantly, to not lose interest in an awesome girl yourself. In my opinion, this book alone is worth the price of the entire system and then some. Where else would you be able to get relationship advice for men with abundance with women from? Does Dr. Phil or Oprah have the answer to dealing with 3 sexy vixens that all want to monopolize your time or other quality problems? I think this book could be pretty money even outside the seduction community because it addresses the core of why most relationships fail on the male side.

Complete Game Revision System Individual Books

Negatives:

Update: I have received emails from people who have recently bought this system that are saying that 60 is now including an entire detailed blueprint on how to use his system that accurately describes what to do in every stage of his system.  My review has been updated and the outdated information has been crossed off.

One thing that suffers because of the format of the books is a complete A-Z gameplan for execution. It will show you how to open well and consistently, how to escalate both vibe and physically well, progression of sex, and relationships all as separate activities, but there isn’t really a high-level view of how all of these come together and work together. Also, if you don’t go out consistently, some portions of the books will confuse you; as you won’t really understand why he says and explains some of the things he does. In short, it won’t make sense from a keyboard jockey point of view.

The Blueprint For a Successful Night Out http://kirankindle.com/articles/the-blueprint-for-a-successful-night-out/ http://kirankindle.com/articles/the-blueprint-for-a-successful-night-out/#comments Fri, 23 Apr 2010 22:23:33 +0000 kiran http://kirankindle.com/?p=38 When it’s all said and done, there are very few things that are required to make any night out successful.  What constitutes success?  That you had done everything possible in your power to minimize friction that prevents you from socializing with women and furthermore that you pushed as many interactions with women as far as they would go.

The following is a list of things that are absolutely imperative if you want to achieve consistency in night game, in no particular order:

Friction Eradication (All Done Before You’re Socially On)

  1. First and foremost, realize you are going out to SOCIALIZE and meet people.  What does that mean?  It means you have to GENUINELY want to meet cool new people or at the very LEAST be open to the possibility that it might be cool to meet them.  If you go in with a preference to be anti-social, to not meet anyone or any of this, you are dead in the water before you even begin.
  2. Realize that you are most likely going to be scared, you are going to be gripped by fear, it is going to be pretty intense.  Accept it.  It’s a part of the process, it’s a part of life.  Don’t give yourself more credit than you deserve.  Tonight is not going to be the night you are going to all of a sudden not be afraid or tentative about getting going.  Don’t let it blindside you when it comes.  You can either deny to yourself that it’s coming or be ready for it when it does.
  3. Speed trumps anything else.  By far.  It is infinitely better to act on your impulse and go in stumbling, tripping over both your words and your feet like you’re mentally retarded than it is to hover in the background and think of the perfect opener or some bullshit
  4. Lower your standards for everything.  How hot the girl you talk to has to be, how witty or funny or alpha or whatever bullshit the community spouts you have to be, how you want the interaction to go, wanting her to like you, your expectations for what kind of person she is, etc.  Throw that pedestal or ditch for them away in your mind.  They’re no better or worse than you.  It’s interacting and meeting another fellow human being.  No more, no less, and that’s why there is no expectation for what to say at all.  Get over yourself, you’re not this super cool dude who’s always impressing others with their charm or coolness.  You’re just a dude.
  5. Get to the introduction as soon as possible.  That is the only purpose of opening.  Everything you do until then is just some weak throw and go stuff that she has no obligation to entertain and certainly no obligation to take you as anything but a stranger

I’ll also be posting rants about random community things that annoy me or amuse me, and most importantly I’ll write articles that delve into the things that matter most from both the theoretical and mindset side of things and actual in-field tactics that absolutely kill.
